Waterpark Openings
The primary responsibility of this position is to greet guests and accurately take and serve food orders in a timely manner. Must adhere to all Company food handling and sanitation guidelines as well as Company alcohol control guidelines. Have to maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas. Conduct sales transactions on a point of sale cash register. Accurately complete Company cash handling and department paperwork.
Requirements:
Outgoing friendly individuals who are willing to deliver superior guest service. Serving experience required. You must be at least 18 years of age for this position. You must be able to comply with Knott's costuming and grooming standards. Must be able to obtain a food handler card.

This position is responsible for producing and preparing food in accordance with Knott's Berry Farm quality standards. The primary responsibility of a Counter Service Clerk is to assist the guest in making food purchases. This includes helping the guest decide what type of food they would like, taking the guest's order, ringing the sale on a cash register, accepting payment from the guest, and giving the guest their food order. Other responsibilities include preparing cooked foods to fill orders; packing food to go; and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment by cleaning the work area and washing dishes as needed.
