Celebrating the cultures and traditions of Native
Americans
Shopping
Native Americans of the Southwest are represented by many
celebrated craftspeople of the region. Guests have the opportunity to purchase
hand-made crafts and to closely inspect a variety of exquisite Native American
handwork.
Bottle House-Indian Trader The Bottle House
is one of our most unique buildings in Indian Trails. Literally named for the
building materials used in its construction, the Bottle House was fashioned
using 3082 whisky bottles. Bottles were used in the early days when other
building materials were hard to come by. Why are the openings to all of the
bottles facing inward? Because there would be too much noise when the wind blew
if they faced the other way. The Indian Trader celebrates our Native American
heritage with arts, crafts and other educational merchandise.
Dining
While exploring Indian Trails, Knott's guests enjoy a
sampling of Native American foods, including Navajo tacos, Indian fry bread and
fresh roasted ears of corn.
Funnel Cake Kitchen Calling all Funnel Cake
fans! Enjoy a Knott's original hot out of the oven with powdered sugar and your
choice of boysenberry, apple or chocolate toppings. But be warned: they can be
addicting!
Sutter's Fine Family Fare Come
to the crossroads for Navajo tacos or Indian fry bread.

Knott's Totem Pole The world's largest totem pole made of incense
cedar, the Knott's Totem standing at the entrance to Indian Trails was carved
specifically for us and traces the growth of the American West and the Park
itself.
