Knott's Guest Services provides a variety of services to Guests including: Lost and Found and a variety of visitor information services are available through the Information Center located at the Grand Entrance.

Lockers are available for a nominal rental fee inside the park in Ghost Town.

Single and double-seat strollers, manual wheelchairs and battery-powered wheelchairs are available inside Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop. Rentals are on a first-come, first served basis for a minimal daily charge, plus deposit. Quantities are limited. (A limited number of Electric wheelchairs can be reserved in advance by calling (714) 220-5495.

Baby-Changing and Nursing Stations are available in the California MarketPlace® and Camp Snoopy

First Aid is available at the First Aid Center in Ghost Town. Nurses are on duty during Park operating hours.

Shopper's Passes (no charge for 45 minutes) are available at Guest Relations with a deposit equal to general admission.

There are six automated teller machines at Knott's Berry Farm. They are located at the Grand Entrance to the park, next to the ticket booths, one next to the Candy Cottage in the Boardwalk area, one at Toppers, one at Peppermint Patty's, one inside General Store, and one at The Marketplace Emporium.
