City Admission, Safety & Conduct Codes

CITY ADMISSION CODE

All guests who wish to enter must have a valid ticket or season passport. Children 11 years and under should be accompanied by an adult when entering. When exiting the Water Park, all guests of Soak City require a hand stamp for re-entry. In order to maintain our family atmosphere, each guest entering the Water Park must wear swimwear deemed appropriate by Soak City management. Provocative swimsuits are not allowed. All bags are subject to search. Please do not attempt to bring food or drink into the waterpark. In addition, any glass, ice chests, picnic baskets, pets, or large radios that may become a distraction to other guests are not permitted into the park. Food and drink purchased inside the Park is restricted from the pools and activity areas. Operating days, hours and attraction availability are subject to change without notice. Soak City does operate in the rain, however, pools and slides do close during lightning, windstorms, and excessive rainy conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and control occupancy.
Please be advised that the major slides attractions do have a minimum height requirement. Restrictions for guests of extreme size (height or weight) are posted at certain rides. Access to slide towers requires climbing stairs and the ability to wait in line. Guests with disabilities or special needs should refer to our Ride Admission Policy available at Soak City Guest Services.

CITY SAFETY CODE

We work very hard at Soak City to provide you an exciting but safe water entertainment experience. Without your cooperation however, we cannot be successful. Please comply with all posted or distributed rules and guidelines. Guests who enter wearing long pants, denim, will not be permitted in the pools or activity areas. In addition, guests who enter wearing swimwear with rivets, buckles, and metal or plastic ornamentation will not be permitted to participate on any of the body slides, Pacific Spin, or Coronado Express.
Personal water gear is also restricted from entering Soak City. Items restricted include but are not limited to flotation devices, boards, inflatable items, fins, snorkels, and masks. In an effort to not interfere with lifeguard communications, whistles of any kind are not permitted. Be personally responsible that you are in good health and free from heart, back, or neck problems, motion sickness, or other medical conditions, which could be aggravated by these attractions. Persons with skin lacerations, blisters or infections should not enter the water areas.
For your safety and the safety of others, please be advised that several water attractions have height and/or other necessary restrictions. Soak City lifeguards reserve the right to restrict weak or non-swimmers from participating in deep water activities. Lifeguards may re-measure a guest at any time. All guests under 48 inches must wear an approved lifejacket (available free of charge) to participate in the Wave Pool and Lazy River. Personal “floaties” are not a substitute for an approved lifejacket. On some attractions, lifejackets are required for small children. Do not engage in activities, which are beyond your ability or physical capacity. Guests with disabilities or special needs should refer to our Ride Admission Policy available at Soak City Guest Services. We're sorry; children may not ride on another person's lap on any slides. Lap riding is permitted for small children in the Lazy River only. Hand held infants are permitted in the shallow end of the Wave Pool with a responsible person and a life jacket. For those guests with diaper aged children, only water diapers are permitted in pools and aquatic facilities. Swimsuit diapers are available at the Wipeout Surf Shop merchandise store.
For your safety, please walk at all times. There is no running, diving, flips, chain-rides or horseplay allowed at any time. Sandals, aqua-socks, glasses and lifejackets must be removed before riding all slides. On some attractions, glasses may be worn, but should be secured in place with a safety strap. It is advised to remove excess jewelry, watches, etc., and secure them in a safe place. Lockers are available for daily rental. Soak City is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. It is strongly recommended to use sunscreen. If it is a hot day, try to drink extra hydrating fluids and take cover periodically in the shade.
Remember, Soak City lifeguards are highly trained and qualified. Guests must obey lifeguards at all times. A staffed First Aid station is located on the premises.
