Top 10 Foods Not To Miss At Knott’s Merry Farm

Knott's Berry Farm

Knott’s Berry Farm is home to world-class rides, thrilling roller coasters, shows & attractions in 4 themed areas including Old West Ghost Town and Camp Snoopy.

Nothing puts you in the holiday spirit more than indulging in your favorite Holiday treats. At Knott’s Merry Farm you’ll be welcomed with the sweet smell of fresh baked cookies and peppermint along with some new savory options. We’ve put together the ultimate Merry Farm food guide to bring you a list of the top 10 foods not to miss at Knott’s Merry Farm.

1. Tamales
Brand new to Knott’s this season is the holiday tamale. Tamales are a Christmas staple here in Southern California. Available in chicken or beef, the tamale packs a savory punch of zesty flavor that will have you wanting more. Christmas tamales are available inside Santa’s Christmas Cabin and the Cantina in Fiesta Village.
The Tamale plate offered in Fiesta Village comes with a side of rice and beans and is available on the Season Pass – All Season Dining Plan.

2. Holiday Pizza
New for Knott’s Merry Farm 2017 is the Holiday Pizza topped with a puree of cranberry and yams, turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and sliced Brussel sprouts with the crust brushed in a parmesan olive oil. It's like tasting an entire holiday meal in one bite. The Holiday Pizza is available by the slice or whole at Hollywood Hits Pizza on the Knott’s Boardwalk.

3. Holiday Churro
We’ve put a festive twist on a Knott’s Berry Farm classic. In the shape of a candy cane, the Holiday churro is stuffed with peppermint cream and topped with white chocolate and holiday sprinkles. And much like our other churros, this one is handmade and available at the Gourmet Churro Factory in Ghost Town.

4. Gourmet Hot Chocolate
Nothing tastes better than a cup of hot chocolate on a chilly winter’s day. Our gourmet hot chocolate comes topped with marshmallows, whipped cream, and candy cane crumble.
With a Knott’s Merry Farm Souvenir Mug, hot chocolate and coffee refills are unlimited on the day of purchase. Subsequent visits are only $1 per refill. It’s the perfect beverage for staying Merry all winter long.

5. Holiday Sandwich
If you don’t like eating your holiday meal dish by dish, how about trying them all in a sandwich! Now available at the newly remodeled Boardwalk BBQ restaurant, the Holiday sandwich features roasted turkey and ham with cranberry sauce and stuffing on a toasted roll.

6. Boysenberry Nutella Crepe
Back by popular demand, the Boysenberry Nutella Crepe brings the classic Knott’s Berry Farm flavor to a sweet dessert favorite. Rolled with Nutella and drizzled with boysenberry and chocolate sauce, the crepe is made to order inside Santa’s Christmas Cabin.

7. Milk and Cookie Shake
Another Merry Farm favorite includes the Santa’s Milk and Cookie Shake. The frosty beverage is available at Coasters Dinner, Ghost Town Grill and the ice cream stand just outside the Calico Saloon in Ghost Town.

8. Chocolate covered cheesecake on a stick
If desserts are your favorite, we’ve got the holiday line up for you. Right before your eyes, we take a farm fresh cheesecake on a stick and cover it with melted chocolate and crushed candy cane pieces on top. The Chocolate Covered Cheesecake on a stick is available inside Santa’s Christmas Cabin, just look for the giant chocolate fountain!

9. Peppermint Cotton Candy
Another classic treat with a Knott’s Merry Farm twist is the Peppermint Cotton Candy. This sweet cloud of sugar is available at Santa’s Christmas Cabin on a stick or in the tub to take home.

10. Christmas Classics
Santa’s Christmas Cabin is filled with the holiday classics like milk and warm cookies, Egg Nog, Roasted Nuts, and caramel corn. New this year, the caramel corn is available in new festive flavors including cinnamon and peppermint.

Bonus: Mrs. Claus’ Cookie Kitchen
Brought to you by Hershey’s - Step into Mrs. Claus’ Cookie Kitchen for some holiday baking. For $5.99, you can choose between a blank sugar cookie or gingerbread cookie to decorate and take with you. Get creative and decorate your own cookie with sprinkles and multi-colored frostings.
