When you're looking for a break from the rides and excitement of Ghost Town Alive, a live show at Knott’s is the perfect option. There are 9 action-packed shows with talented performers, catchy music, fun costumes and breathtaking dancers.

These themed shows will take you from the Old West all the way to the Islands of Hawaii. So grab a seat, beat the summer heat and clap to the beat of Knott’s Berry Farm’s fantastic live shows.

Beach Blanket Beagle

This show is so multifaceted that it’s hard to pick your favorite part. Beach Blanket Beagle is a musical dance party set to the classic beachcomber tunes of the 60’s and 70’s and stars the coolest beagle around, Snoopy! The show takes place in the Charles M. Schulz Theatre so there are comfortable seats, air conditioning, and a restroom. You will see cute beach babes splashing in the water, an incredible fire-knife dancer, a tiki that spits out coins, and so much more. Even Snoopy wins a surf contest! Don’t blink or you will miss something and be prepared to leave the theater with a catchy theme song stuck in your head. Performing select days this summer through August 19, 2018.

Tip: Sit in the first 3 rows if you would like to get wet. The cute beach babes kick up a lot of water in the show but even the first row doesn’t get very wet.

Calico’s Mountain Jamboree

This is my all-time favorite show. Taking place at the Calico Mine Stage, Calico’s Mountain Jamboree is a stunt-filled spectacle featuring the rivalry between the Timber Mountain Loggers and the Calico Miners. There is comedy, acrobatics, pyrotechnics, trampolines, giant hoops (volta wheel), slacklines, lots of flips and so much more. The show is rambunctious with lots of running around and features awesome corde lisse stunts on a rope. My daughter and I think the dancing is phenomenal and the music is set to a country-pop musical backdrop. You can tell the cast all have a great chemistry together.  Performing select days this summer through August 19, 2018.

Tip: At the end of the show you can meet the cast, shake their hands and take photos with them.

Wild West Stunt Show: Frontier Feats of Wonder

Who doesn’t love a little slapstick comedy? The Wild West stunt show takes you on a rip-roarin’ visit to the West with gunfights, tumbling, falling and corny jokes. When you first walk into the wagon camp you will be greeted by western music and scenes of the old wild west. The plot of the show revolves around one of the Mayfields wanting to marry the sister of a Mayfield which causes mayhem as guns are slung and fights occur between the wild west entertainers and the Mayfields. If you sit in the first few rows of the middle section you will get wet!  Performing select days year-round.

Tip: Arrive early to get shaded seats inside the covered wagons at the top of the camp.

Calico Saloon Show

The Calico Saloon is a great great place to have a cold drink and get out of the sun. Sarsaparilla is a popular choice. Once inside you can watch the Calico Saloon show which features the musical mis-matchings of Cameo Kate and Dakota Dan. If you want to watch an awesome can-can dance this is where it’s at! The show has a lot of audience participation and there is lots of seating both upstairs and downstairs. Performing select days year-round.

Tip: They also sell IPA beer, wine, and popcorn inside the saloon

Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies

This crazy variety group performs at Knott's Berry Farm inside the wagon camp when “Frontier Feats of Wonder” is not performing. Prior to coming to Knott's in 2014, they performed for 21 years at Disneyland as Billy Hill and the Hillbillies. Krazy Kirk can cover almost any genre from Rock to Pop and each member plays multiple instruments. Their arrangements will leave you in awe. They love to have fun with the audience and will poke fun at the riders on Silver Bullet as they fly overhead during the performance. Performing select days year-round.
