HangTime: What You Need to Know

Knott's Berry Farm

Knott’s Berry Farm is home to world-class rides, thrilling roller coasters, shows & attractions in 4 themed areas including Old West Ghost Town and Camp Snoopy.

HangTime opens this week!!!

As the ride completes its final stages of opening, there is some need to know information.


Basics
HangTime’s grand opening is on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10am. HangTime's entrance is located on the Knott’s Boardwalk across from Surfside Gliders and Pacific Scrambler. Park admission will be required to ride. HangTime has a minimum height requirement of 48 inches and a maximum height restriction of 77 inches. The coaster trains seat 4 rows of 4 and feature a seat belt and lap bar, no over the shoulder restraints. A tester seat will be available outside the ride entrance to check for comfort and safety.

Fast Lane will be accepted at the ride as well as the Boarding Pass Program for guests with special needs.
HangTime will have an on-ride photo at the end of the cobra roll and the FunPix station will be located at the Boardwalk Surf Shop near the ride exit. Downloadable photos will be available with your digital Funpix plan. 

The Boardwalk Surf Shop also features several HangTime branded shirts, hats, mugs, and more. There will also be a collection of other beach and surf themed items as well. Passholder discounts do apply to merchandise. Season Passholders can also purchase their 2018 Passholder exclusive HangTime shirt now at the Boardwalk Surf Shop and Cordy’s Corner along with the Passholder exclusive pin and lanyard set.


Now for the juicy stuff, Exclusive Ride Time on Knott's HangTime:

Win on the Radio!
Our friends at the AMP Radio, KRTH Radio, and ALT Radio are hosting ticket giveaways on air to Knott’s Berry Farm’s opening day of HangTime. Winners will be invited to Early Ride Time starting at 8am, 2 hours before Knott’s Berry Farm opens to the public on May 18th.

And KROQ winners will be invited to Early Ride Time starting at 9am, 1 hour before Knott’s Berry Farm opens to the public on May 19th.

Passholder Early Ride Time

HangTime will also be open for Passholder Early Entry days on May 19 and May 20. Starting at 9am, 2018 Season Passholders can enjoy select rides in Camp Snoopy, Fiesta Village, and Boardwalk, including HangTime. Passholders should check their Passholder Portal to stay up to date for the latest Season Passholder news and exclusive offerings.
