Picture Perfect Places at Knott's Spooky Farm

It’s no secret that I’m a big Knott’s Spooky Farm fan!  For those of us who don’t appreciate being scared by ghouls and goblins hiding out around the corner (if you do, then you need to head to Knott’s Scary Farm!), Knott’s Spooky Farm is a nice family-friendly Halloween alternative celebration.  This daytime event is a non-scary celebration of cheer rather than fear with shows and activities geared for children ages 3-11.

If you’re like me, when you go to Knott’s, you usually have at least one camera and a cell with you at all times to help capture your family’s adventures around the park.  To enhance your visit during Halloween, here is a list of The Best Places to Take Pictures at Knott’s Spooky Farm!

KNOTT’S WATER TOWER

First, immediately when you enter the park, stop by the water tower and take a picture in front of all the festive Halloween decorations that surround around you.  I guarantee you that you’ll want to frame it for later!

CAMP SPOOKY

Next, stop by Camp Spooky to see the show “The Monsters Are Coming, Charlie Brown” and have your picture taken with one of The Peanuts Gang Characters.  No day is complete at Knott’s without getting a hug from Snoopy and taking a photo to capture the memory.

GHOST TOWN

Then head on over to Ghost Town to meet and greet some of Calico’s friendly ghosts.  While walking around town, the lifelike ghosts hand out treats to kids, tell funny ghost stories from the school house steps and take spooky pictures with visitors.  If you’re lucky enough, the ghosts might actually appear in your pictures too!

While in Ghost Town, you can also take a beautiful fall picture or two in front of the caboose.

FUNPIX CARD

If you don’t want to drag your camera around all day or pull out your cell phone every time you see a fun photo opportunity, I recommend that you check out the FunPix card.   

FunPix is a program that’s available to all park visitors to make capturing and sharing fun memories easier than ever before.  Knott’s Berry Farm photographers are located throughout the park to take pictures of your family with characters, at the park entrance, on our favorite rides, and throughout the park at specially designated FunPix spots.  A map on the Knott’s Berry Farm App helps you to identify where to purchase and pick up your card.

FunPix is available as a Single Day Digital Photo Pass and for Knott’s Season Pass Holders.  The Single Day pass also includes discounts on prints and souvenir pictures available for purchase during your day at the park.  The All Season Digital Photo Pass is available as an add-on for all Knott’s Berry Farm Season Passholders.  It includes unlimited photo downloads for the year and discounts on prints and photo souvenirs.  You can purchase either option right from the Knott’s Berry Farm App or at the park.
