Rentals Frequently Asked Questions
- If you wish to cancel a mobility rental reservation it must be done at least 24 hours before your reservation date.
- Processing fee is not subject to refunds.
- No refunds for cancellations made after 10 AM on your reservation date including cancellations for inclement weather.
- To cancel your reservation please call (714) 220-5200.
- Mobility rentals must remain inside the gates of the theme park at all times.
- Guests must present their rental e-voucher at the Stroller Shop in Ghost Town on the day of their reservation to receive their mobility rental.
- You must select a specific date at the time of the reservation; this date cannot be changed once a reservation is made.
- Park admission is not included with mobility rentals.
- Mobility rentals are subject to weight, age, and other limitations.
Ride Lockers
Starting September 8, 2025, Ride Locker Rentals will be available for single use at GhostRider, HangTime, and Silver Bullet. These ride lockers are one size: 10”x13”x17”. Larger lockers are available for an all-day rental near Guest Services.
Lockers:
- $3 for up to 2 hours
- $2 for each additional hour
- $15 for Moveable Ride Lockers – allows guests to freely move from ride to ride all day.
*Using a ride locker is not required. Guests are always welcome to leave loose articles with a non-riding member of their party; however loose articles will not be allowed to be left on the ride platform.
When a locker rental expires, your locker will remain locked and secure until you come to retrieve your items using the original passcode. You will be required to pay the appropriate fees at the locker rental kiosk before your locker unlocks.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, loose articles are not permitted aboard GhostRider, Silver Bullet, and HangTime. Guests will not be permitted to proceed through the queue to the ride station or board the ride with loose articles. Storage options in the station are not available.

Season Pass Locker Rental Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, because the system checks the barcode of your Pass when you redeem, this program is only available to Season Pass Holders.
Lockers are assigned randomly on a first come, first serve basis by the kiosk, so you will have a different locker each time you redeem your rental.
While sellouts are rare, they occasionally occur on high volume dates. The program does not guarantee that a Standard locker will be available for you at all times of day in your preferred locker location. If you are visiting on a busy day, please plan to arrive early and redeem your rental soon after you arrive.
When you scan your Season Pass at the locker kiosk, you will create a 4-digit PIN that will open your locker. Do not share your PIN with anyone outside your party. You will be asked to create a PIN each time you redeem your rental.
Due to limited capacity, discounts are not available on Large and Jumbo lockers.
Please empty your locker prior to leaving the park. All lockers reset overnight and will be issued to a different guest the following operating day. Items left in the locker overnight will be removed and taken to the main information center.
You can obtain a locker at Knott’s Berry Farm after you have discontinued use of your locker at Soak City.
Yes, subject to availability.
Your Season Pass Locker Rental is only good once per day, per park, so you will not be able to move your rental after you redeem for the day in either Knott’s Berry Farm or Knott's Soak City. You can redeem a Knott’s Berry Farm Locker after Knott’s Soak City has closed for the day.
