Cabanas Frequently Asked Questions
After reserving your cabana, save time at check-in by downloading and completing the agreement form prior to your visit. Simply bring your reservation confirmation and completed agreement to the Cabana Check-In located next to the wavepool.
- If you wish to cancel a Cabana reservation it must be done 48 hours before your reservation date.
- Processing fee is not subject to refunds.
- No refunds for cancellations after 10 AM including cancellations for inclement weather.
- To cancel your reservation please call (714) 220-5200.
- Cabanas are only accessible during Soak City operating hours
- Guests must present their rental voucher at the Cabana Check-In on the day of their visit to receive their Cabana rental
- You must select a specific date at the time of reservation, this date cannot be changed once a reservation is made
- Park admission is not included with Cabana rentals
