What started as a small family berry farm soon began to grow into a world-famous destination thanks to famous fried chicken dinners and delicious boysenberry pies. That culinary innovation still thrives today at Knott’s. Our team of chefs is always striving to bring you new flavors and tasty creations. The following are a few of the many specialty items that you can find at Knott’s Berry Farm:
Bite into a warm, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, freshly made Churro that is coated in a sweet mix of sugar and cinnamon. Have them plain or stuffed with your favorite Boysenberry, Strawberry, or Bavarian cream filling. You can also ask for a Churro Sundae made with velvety soft vanilla ice cream and your choice of toppings.

Try one of our variety of entrée salads freshly made each day with many flavorful ingredients. These refreshing salads are perfectly paired with a variety of dressings but a must try is our one-of-a-kind boysenberry vinaigrette. With hints of boysenberry and herbs, this refreshing vinaigrette is the perfect complement to any one of our handcrafted salads.

BBQ PULLED PORK
Smoked to perfection for over 12 hours until it is juicy and melts in your mouth and then combined with your choice of house-made original recipe sauce. Choose from the Sweet Heat Mustard sauce, Mild or Spicy BBQ Sauces, or our most popular…Boysenberry BBQ Sauce! Add in warm freshly made cornbread for a perfect accompaniment.

FLANK STEAK SANDWICH
We take the freshest steak and infuse it for 24 hours with a savory house-made marinade until it becomes rich and succulent then pair it with Jalapeño rolls made fresh daily right in our own bakery to give that perfect amount of heat making your mouth water for more.

BOYSENBERRY CORN DOG
Sink your teeth into a juicy all-beef hot dog surrounded by a cornmeal batter with hints of boysenberry. This salty and sweet grab-and-go is great on its own or with a dab of tangy yellow mustard!

Try the world-famous Boysenberry Pie with a light, flaky crust which is filled with the sweet and tart combination of the one and only Boysenberry. Soft and buttery Sugar Cookies which are shaped and decorated as the world’s favorite beagle, Snoopy! At the Farm Bakery in the Marketplace, you can also find hand-crafted bread all made on site daily. From the rustic outside but soft inside of sourdough to classic light and airy white bread, you are sure to find something you will love.
