Have some questions about all the fun you can have at Knott's Berry Farm? You've come to the right place. Here's a list of some of the most common questions we hear from our guests. Take a look and see if you find what you're looking for.
At this time, we do not anticipate making any major changes at the park level. Our parks continue to operate on their normal schedules and our teams are focused on making people happy by delivering amazing experiences that inspire lasting connections and lifelong memories. Ultimately, we expect this combination will enable us to deliver even more engaging and entertaining experiences to guests.
We do not anticipate any immediate changes to our pricing, ticket options or season passes as a result of completing this merger. However, during the season we do adjust pricing based on volume and demand in each of our markets.
The combined company will maintain the legacy names and branding of each park in its portfolio, and no changes to park names are planned or being contemplated at this time.
There will be no immediate changes to 2024 season passes or 2024 All Parks Passports as a result of this merger. You can continue to use your passes as you always have.
At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Gold or Prestige Passes with the All Park Passport add-on may only be used to access legacy Cedar Fair parks.
At this time, 2024 Six Flags Plus and Diamond Elite memberships as well as Diamond Passes may only be used to access legacy Six Flags parks.
It’s clear our guests see tremendous value in the season-pass programs. There are no plans to offer a new season pass with access to all parks in 2024. However, we believe there may be an opportunity in the future to offer expanded park access to season pass holders. Please check your home park's website for updates on Season Pass product offerings and all park access options.
At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Pass Perks may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.
At this time, 2024 Six Flags Passholder Rewards may not be used at legacy Cedar Fair parks.
We do not anticipate any immediate changes to the current Rewards/Loyalty Programs at legacy Cedar Fair and Six Flags parks.
No, any current monthly payment plans will continue to be charged as originally outlined at the time of purchase.
We do not anticipate any immediate changes to hotel discounts for season pass holders. Legacy Cedar Fair hotel properties will continue to offer discounts for legacy Cedar Fair park pass holders.
At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Season Pass add-ons – including All Season Dining, Season Pass Drink Plans, Season Pass Fast Lane and All Season Photo Plans – may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.

Season Pass
To change your Season Pass Easy Pay billing option or view your Easy Pay payment schedule, please visit the Payment Portal to update your Season Pass Easy Pay billing option and view your payment schedule.
Please visit any ticket booth, the Information Center or the Guest Relations Window to upgrade your day ticket to a Season Pass, or upgrade a Regular Season Pass to a Gold Season Pass or Prestige Season Pass. Season Passes are not able to be upgraded online.
Take your Season Pass e-ticket to any turnstile at the gate to process and receive your Season Pass ID card. If you purchased a Gold or Prestige pass, you can take your e-ticket to any turnstile at either Knott’s Berry Farm or Soak City Waterpark to receive your pass ID card. Processing at Soak City is only available on regular operating days during the season.
Please visit the Information Center or Guest Relations Window to receive a new Season Pass card. The replacement cost is $15. We also offer a free one-day temporary pass that is a great option if you temporarily misplace your Season Pass (Only two temporary passes are allowed per Season Pass per year). If you have your Season Pass number, you can add it to the Knott's Berry Farm mobile app and use the digital Season Pass for entry.
You can visit the Information Center and receive a temporary pass for the day. This service is provided two times at no charge. After two temporary passes have been given, a replacement pass will need to be purchased for $15.
You can also download the Knott’s Berry Farm mobile app and upload then store your passes digitally in the app. You would then simply show your passes on your phone at the turnstile.
Knott's Season Passes are valid any public operating day January 1 through December 31 in the year for which you have purchased your pass. Season Passes are not valid for Knott’s Scary Farm admission, park buyouts, or special ticket events.
You can add any Season Pass Add-Ons to your Season Pass after you purchase by visiting the upgrade section of the store. Please note that Add-Ons can only be part of an easy pay payment plan if purchased at the same time as your Season Pass. They are not able to be added to an easy payment plan after a Season Pass has been purchased. The full price will be charged at the time of purchase.
Season Pass add-ons such as All Season Dining, All Season Drink Plan or All Season Parking are passholder specific and can only be used by the passholder who has them on the pass. Season Passes, add-ons, and any benefits associated with the pass are non-transferrable.
Knott's Berry Farm Season Passes offer the Best Value In Southern California. Every Season Pass includes season-long access during the calendar year in which it was purchased with exclusive dining and merchandise discounts and admission to every Season of Fun! The Gold Season Pass includes season-long access to both Knott's Berry Farm and Knott's Soak City. Fun is always in season at Knott’s Berry Farm with Seasons of Fun events throughout the year! Unopened and empty water bottles, baby food and food for guests with special dietary restrictions are permitted. No other outside food, drink or snack items are permitted in Knott's Berry Farm or Knott's Soak City. Items not allowed in the park include radios, stereos, luggage, and large coolers (Larger than 1’x1’x1’). Wagons used as strollers are allowed. All guests, bags, parcels and other items are subject to inspection, including metal detection or other screening measures. Still have a question? Contact us.
Please submit an online Lost and Found report. A Guest Service Associate will contact you if your item is located. Knott's Berry Farm and Soak City are not responsible for lost or stolen property of a Passholder or Ticket Holder.
Single strollers, double-seat strollers, manual wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs are available inside Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop. Different size lockers are available inside the park near Ghost Rider in Ghost Town for a rental fee of $15 - $25 depending on locker size.

There is one ATM located outside of the Wescom location in the California Marketplace, near the park's main gate.
Knott's Berry Farm is moving toward all cashless payments throughout the park. Simply swipe or tap your credit card, debit card, or smart device with Apple Pay or Google Pay where you would normally use cash. For more details, visit our Cashless page.
Gift cards are available for purchase at Guest Services or online. They can be used at Knott's Berry Farm and Soak City for Admissions, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, and Games. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, parking, or hotel stays. Gift cards are not valid for any online purchases.
Baby-changing and nursing stations are available in the California MarketPlace® and Camp Snoopy.
First Aid is available at the First Aid Center in Ghost Town. Nurses are on duty during Park operating hours.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Knott's Berry Farm theme park.
Upon entering through the turnstiles, your photo will be taken and attached to your ticket.
A valid form of admission and review of your photo attached to your ticket/season pass is required for re-entry to the park on the same day. Some private or special ticket events do not allow re-entry.
Parking
- Standard Parking for Autos and Motorcycles: $30*

- All Season Parking can be added to a Season Pass
*Parking prices for Knott's Scary Farm and other special events may be different.
Reentry is not permitted into the parking lots for single day parking passes or All Season Parking.
The Metered Lot by the California Marketplace offers complimentary parking for up to 1 hour. Each additional half hour or portion thereof is $10 with a maximum daily charge of $60. All lost tickets will be charged $60.
An additional 2 hours of free parking is available with a validated ticket and receipt showing a $30 or more minimum purchase from any California Marketplace restaurant or shop. Guests with a disabled placard may park all day in the Metered Lot for the standard vehicle single day parking rate.
All-Season Parking is not valid in the Metered Lot except for guests with a disabled person placard.
Pass Perks
Knott's Pass Perks Monthly Rewards Program is the next evolution of our popular loyalty program. A fresh selection of Pass Perks will appear each month on the Pass Perks page. You’ll see a brief description of the Perk and the number of times you need to visit the park to earn it. At the end of the month, your cumulative visit total earns you one or more Perks. Your visits reset on the first day of the month.
You earn Pass Perks according to the number of park visits you have accumulated by the end of each month. You get one visit per day. For example, if you visited FOUR times in one month, you receive the Perk that corresponds with FOUR visits. If you visited more than four times, you receive the Perk that corresponds with FOUR visits. We also plan on awarding surprise Perks throughout the season.
No. As soon as you purchase your Season Pass, you join Pass Perks. However, to stay up to date with your rewards, be sure to download the mobile app and add any Season Passes in your household. Otherwise, you may miss out on what you've earned.
Regular, Gold and Prestige Passholders.
Look in the Pass Perks section of our all-new mobile app or your Pass Portal dashboard. We may email you about a Perk you’ve earned (depending on the type of Perk), but the mobile app and dashboard are the best ways to locate your Perks.
Rewards you redeem inside the park—like sweets, treats and tickets —are automatically loaded to your Season Pass. Check your mobile app or Season Pass Portal to view all the details about your offer. You’ll see how long the offer is active and the exact locations where you can redeem it. Redeem your rewards by scanning your Season Pass where applicable.
Your earned Perks will have varied validity from the day they load to your Season Pass. Be sure to check the Perk description for an exact redemption date.
Monthly rewards you redeem inside the park will be loaded to your Season Pass at midnight on the last day of the month, to redeem for a set time the next month. In some cases, there can be a 24-48 hour delay.
Prestige Season Passholders can earn and redeem up to two Monthly Perks per month, which includes one exclusive Enhanced Pass Perk and one general Monthly Perk. Other Season Passholders can earn and redeem one Monthly Perk per month.
Yes, with some exclusions depending on the offer. We will communicate this in the offer description. The disclaimer reads as “not combinable with other discounts or promotions.” Most Pass Perks do combine with other discounts for extra savings!

No. At this time, you can only earn and redeem perks at your home park. Scanning at a separately gated waterpark (if applicable) and the dry park on the same day will only count as one total visit.
At this time, you cannot exchange, gift, or transfer any Pass Perks Reward to another Passholder or non-Passholder. Your Perk is exclusive to you.

You can replace a lost or damaged Souvenir Bottle if it is associated with a Season Pass. There is a $5.00 charge for replacing an All Season Souvenir Bottle. Souvenir bottles not associated to a Season Pass cannot be deactivated or replaced. Visit any Souvenir Bottle location for assistance.
There is a $2.99 charge to change from the All Season Souvenir Bottle to the Season Pass 16 oz Cup Drink Plan. Souvenir bottles not associated to a Season Pass cannot be deactivated or replaced.

Fast Lane
The Fast Lane program was previously reliant on wristbands to grant access to the Fast Lane at our attractions. While we still utilize wristbands, there is now a bar code on the wristband as an extra safety measure. At the merge point of the Fast Lane, the bar code will be scanned for validity.
To get to the fun faster, Pass Perks and Prestige Pass one-time Fast Lanes no longer require visiting another location to obtain the entitlement. Your Pass Perk or Prestige Pass one-time Fast Lane can be scanned directly from your Knott's Berry Farm mobile app, e-ticket or Season Pass at the merge point of eligible attractions.
At times a limited number of Single Use Fast Lane vouchers may become available for an attraction. If available, they can be purchased through the new Knott's Berry Farm mobile app. In the future, these Single Use Fast Lane vouchers will also be available for purchase at select kiosks located throughout the park.
Availability is subject to current park wait time conditions.
Fast Lane is an all day product that allows you to utilize the Fast Lane on multiple attractions throughout the park. Single Use Fast Lane is specific to one particular attraction for one ride and is date-specific. Single Use Fast Lane is valid only for one admission to the Fast Lane on the specific attraction for which the product was purchased.
Select attractions with high thrill factors have Fast Lane kiosks located near the ride entrance. At these kiosks, guests can scan their Single Use Fast Lane from their phone and obtain a paper voucher. Now the phone can be left with a non-rider or in a locker.
Yes, a Single Use Fast Lane can be upgraded to an all day Fast Lane wristband at Guest Services.
Single Use Fast Lane is only available when capacity is available. If it is currently not available, check the Knott's Berry Farm mobile app later in your visit to see if it becomes available.

Ticket Challenges
No need to panic. You can have your tickets printed for you at any available ticket booth located at the Front Gate, after passing through the security screening. Please present your order confirmation number and a photo ID.
If you purchased tickets for the incorrect date from knotts.com, please repurchase the correct tickets and we will refund the original order. Once the new order has been placed, please send the confirmation number that needs to be refunded and the new confirmation number by contacting us. If the tickets were not purchased directly from knotts.com, we are unable to refund or replace them. Please contact the company you purchased the tickets from for more information about their refund policy and instructions.

Your tickets will technically expire on the day you purchase them for, but you can apply the value of the expired tickets to new tickets. The cost is the difference between what you paid for your ticket and the cost of a ticket when you visit. Many times there is no difference in price, but sometimes there will be a small few dollar difference. Please visit the Information Center or Guest Relations window to receive a non-expired ticket.
Your order confirmation number is contained in the email receipt that is sent to you after your purchase. If you are unable to locate that email or did not receive that email, please visit the online store, click on the upper-left menu button of the store pop-up window and click on the "Order Lookup" button located in the bottom of the menu.

Yes, all guests entering the park are required to have a valid admission ticket or Season Pass. In addition to rides, Knott's Berry Farm offers live entertainment, educational experiences, dining, and many other fun activities throughout the park.
Animals are not allowed inside the Park with the exception of service animals and Snoopy.
For the convenience of all our guests, smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only permitted in the designated smoking area near the park’s main entrance. Please refer to our map for the specific location. Smoking is not permitted inside Knott's Berry Farm. Thank you for your cooperation.
Safety of our guests and associates is our number one priority. Guests arriving at the park will go through metal detection every public operating day. All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be examined prior to entering. Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle. Knott’s does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property.

Guests celebrating their birthday at Knott's Berry Farm can receive a free birthday button by visiting the Guest Relations Center across from the exit of GhostRider in Ghost Town. The special buttons help us wish a "Happy Birthday" to guests celebrating their special day. Special discounts on tickets are not offered. Birthday parties with at least 50 guests or more can be booked by contacting our Group Sales Team at (714) 220-5163 or groupsales@knotts.com. Smaller parties are not able to be accommodated.
Knott's Soak City Water Park

Relax and enjoy the privacy of your own cabana. A limited number of exclusive cabanas are available each day and often sell out. For more information and to reserve your cabana, please visit our Cabanas page. Inner tubes are available free of charge at each attraction that requires a tube in order to ride. Inner tubes must remain at the attraction after riding. If you would like the ultimate fun in the sun, personal inner tubes can be rented for the duration of your day from the Tube Rental stand.
The park now boasts a total of 23 speed, tube and body slides plus the 750,000-gallon Tidal Wave Bay wave pool; the one-third-mile Sunset River; and the three-story Beach House, featuring 200 water guns, nozzles, sprayers and other interactive surprises. Longboard's Grill and Portside Pizza have a wide variety of food offerings. Learn more about food items and meal plan options on our Knott's Soak City dining page.
Outside food and/or beverages, glass containers, and coolers are restricted from entering. Small hand-held coolers not exceeding 12"x18" in size will be allowed that contain water bottles and sports drinks only. Soak City offers food venues to meet all tastes. Options include Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, Pizza, Sub Sandwiches, Salads, Chicken Tenders and a variety of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options. A variety of beverage products are served at each food venue. Food and Drink Carts are also located throughout the park.
To ensure the safest experience for all guests during their visit, please visit our Water Park Information and Guidelines page to review all rules that are in effect. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
Cashless
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and most debit cards are accepted for payment. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. The park has multiple Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout to allow you to convert your cash to a prepaid card with no fee. Leftover funds can be used anywhere VISA is accepted.
There are no fees to convert your cash to a prepaid card and no fees to use the card in or outside the park. As long as the card is used regularly, no monthly fees will apply. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity, however, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
Up to $500 can be loaded on a card. Minimum amount is $1.
Prepaid cards are not reloadable.
Cards can be used anywhere Visa/Mastercard is accepted.
The balance on the prepaid card can be checked at a Cash-to-Card kiosk, online at RCbalance.com or by calling the number found on the back of the card.
Cardholders opting for an SMS receipt at the kiosk will receive a unique link containing their card balance and real-time transaction history.
