Upon your arrival to Knott’s Soak City, we recommend selecting a meeting place such as next to the surfer fountain, inside the main gate, in the event you or your child become lost or separated from your party. Please alert an associate if your child becomes separated, as public address pages cannot be broadcast inside Knott’s Soak City. Children who are separated from their parties will be taken to Guest Services, located next to the Lockers.
For your convenience, lockers are located next to Guest Services. Various locker sizes are available for personal belongings. Locker rentals are automated and may be paid using Credit and Debit Cards. The lockers work with electronic pin codes and will allow unlimited access throughout the day.
