Knott's Hotel Renovation Updates

The Knott’s Hotel is about to complete it's major renovation as part of a thematic reimagining. The updated hotel is a representation of Walter and Cordelia Knott’s love story, a combination of craftsmanship, ingenuity, and warmth.

As part of the transformation of the Knott’s Hotel, some refurbishment may take place during your visit.

Construction on all rooms has concluded. The newly remodeled guest rooms feature a charming country-chic aesthetic that is fresh and inviting. To enjoy these new updates, book your stay today!

Hotel construction in public spaces is almost complete. This includes select outdoor spaces.

We thank you for your patience as the public spaces transform to embrace the culture and history of the Knott family.

Updates as of March 2024:
 
  • Room service can be ordered Monday-Thursday between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Please contact (714) 243-2010 for more information. View menu here.
  • The hotel entrance is currently unavailable. Please follow the directional signs displayed in the parking lot. Guests can enter utilizing the pool entrance or the north entrance.
  • Visit the all new gift shop, Berry Place, located within the hotel lobby!
  • We no longer have a sports court available for guest use.
  • The hotel restaurant - Thirty Acres Kitchen is now open!

Breakfast Buffet – 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Lunch – 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Dinner – 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM 

Bar (Sun-Thurs) – 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Bar (Fri & Sat) – 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Happy Hour (Sun-Thurs) to 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM*

*Excludes holidays & Scary Farm night

  • Visit "The Pantry" which serves handcrafted Starbucks® coffee drinks to fresh-baked treats. Open daily 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
