When You Arrive
All guests who are visiting the park are required to have a reservation for a date and time prior to arriving at the park. If you arrive at the park without a reservation and there is inventory available for the day, we may be able to assist with a reservation, but there is no guarantee.
If you arrive prior to your reservation time, we encourage you to enjoy shopping and dining at the California Marketplace while waiting for their entry time? Otherwise, you may be asked to wait in your car to help maintain social distancing in the park entry plaza area.
We encourage you to arrive at the time of your reservation to help control entry flow and maintain social distancing while entering the park, but you will be allowed to enter after your reservation time.
You will see an open tent near the front gate. Signs will also direct you to this area.
When You're in the Park
No, some rides and attractions are inherently not set up for social distancing, so for everyone’s health and safety, they are closed for now. See which are open are on our mobile app.
We will be sanitizing more frequently as this is a high-traffic, high-volume, high-touch environment.
You may exit and re-enter the park. You will need your original ticket or form of admission for re-entry. Your photo will be taken upon entry to the park and will be attached to your ticket to be used as verification upon re-entry. The health assessment completed prior to the first entry will be valid for the full day, but you will need to show your original entry ticket or form of admission to enter again.
You are welcome to stay as long as you like until the park closes for the day.
