Knott's Spooky Farm

Saturdays & Sundays, September 28 - October 27 and Thursday, October 31, 2019

Enjoy the spooktacular Halloween season at Knott’s Spooky Farm, a family-friendly Halloween celebration geared for kids ages 3-11. Little ghouls can trick-or-treat through Ghost Town to collect sweet Halloween treats. Treat bags containing event maps and other goodies will be distributed to children age 3 to 11 from opening until 4:30pm. Fun Halloween-themed shows are in store. Camp Snoopy Theater plays host to the “Monsters are Coming” show where children are encouraged to participate in the daily costume contest. The Halloween Hootenanny returns as The Timber Mountain Log Ride transforms with spooky but family-friendly surprises. The fall daytime Seasons of Fun event is included with regular park admission or your 2019 Season Pass.

Trick or Treating

Ghost Town Main Street, Schoolhouse Road

Kids are invited to trick or treat throughout Calico with the friendly ghosts and townsfolk of Ghost Town. Trick or Treat locations: Dress Shop, Post Office, Calico Bank, Gun Shop peek in (by Indian Trails' restroom, Undertaker, and Town Hall.

Timber Mountain Log Ride: Halloween Hootenanny

Family-friendly Halloween twist to a park favorite

Every year the citizens of the Timber Mountain invite the mysterious creatures that live out in the woods and caverns of the area to join them as they celebrate the season at the Halloween Hootenanny. The ride’s interior features fun surprises as guests venture past the Calico Coffin Creeper Band, the town’s Green Witch and splash down Skull Mountain through a labyrinth of jack-o-lanterns. The seasonal ride will also feature an original song performed by Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies. Open for day and night guests, this is the perfect family experience for all to enjoy this Halloween season.

The Peanuts gang will have everyone singing and dancing in the aisles to their favorite Halloween tunes.

"Calling All the Monsters" Costume Contest

Come and show off your best Halloween costume!  After the contest, stick around to participate in the Peanuts Dance Party.

A Trip to Camp Spooky

Take a ride on a trip to find added 2D and 3D Halloween Themed characters and effects.  Camp has never been this creepy!

Stanley Scarecrow has opened up his rustic barn so that guests of all ages can visit. Come see the new Halloween inhabitants of the season if you dare!

Pumpkin Patch

Calico Park

Enjoy the atmosphere of the season with photo ops, crafters, and strolling magicians while participating in decorating your own pumpkin or Halloween cookie (nominal fee required). Linus will be on hand at his pumpkin patch to help pick out the perfect pumpkin.

Spooky Story Time

Bird Cage Theatre

Sit back, relax and become entranced by the (semi) haunting tales told by charismatic storytellers interacting with tots throughout the Halloween storylines. You may even catch a glimpse of the elusive haunted calliope player!
