A Quick Guide to the most common questions

The best deal on Knott's Berry Farm general admission tickets is available on our website. The ordering process is quick and easy. After making your purchase, simply download and print your tickets.

No need to panic. You can have your tickets printed for you at Guest Relations located to the left of the Front Gate. Please present your order confirmation number and a photo ID.

If you purchased tickets for the incorrect date or the incorrect type of ticket, please repurchase the correct tickets and we will refund the original order. Once the new order has been placed, please email the confirmation number that needs to be refunded and the new confirmation number to info@knotts.com

Thank you for renewing your Season Pass! On the day you would like to visit with your friend, please head to one of the ticket booths located at the Main Gate and show your Season Pass to receive your free Bring A Friend ticket. The free visit can be used for ONE day, now through December 16, 2016. Must renew by October 31, 2016 to be eligible for the free Bring A Friend ticket.

Items not allowed in the park include radios, cassette recorders, sleeping bags, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and coolers. Wagons used as strollers and coolers containing baby food are allowed. Additionally, no outside food items will be allowed to be brought inside Knott's Theme Park (or Soak City water parks). Please note that all backpacks, purses and bags will be inspected upon entrance at the Main Gate. Small insulated coolers, no larger than 1’x1’x1’, filled only with water are allowed. All guests, bags, parcels and other items may be subject to inspection, including metal detection or other screening measures, at the park entrances and within the parks.

Please visit Guest Services, located near the exit of GhostRider, for Guest Assistance Passes, Fast Lane, Lost Children and Kid Track.

Bus transportation from select southern California hotels are provided by Pacific Coast Sightseeing, Super Shuttle, and Metrolink. Check with your hotel concierge or front desk for details.

Animals are not allowed inside the Park with the exception of service animals.

Convenient exit and re-entry is available throughout the day of your visit by the hand-stamp provided upon exit of the theme park. Please note that re-entry is not permitted during Knott's Scary Farm and that Knott's Berry Farm ticketholders must purchase a Knott's Scary Farm ticket to enter Knott's Scary Farm.

Kid Track is Knott’s Berry Farm’s free program that assists in quickly reuniting lost children with their parents. Guests with cell phones can register for the program at Guest Services, located near the exit of GhostRider. The telephone number and name provided will be written on the inside of a KidTrack wristband and placed on children’s’ wrist. Children are then instructed to notify any Knott’s Berry Farm employee wearing a name tag in the event they become separated from their parents. An employee will walk lost children to Guest Services, located near the exit of GhostRider, where a Guest Service Associate will help call the child’s parent or guardian.

Knott's Berry Farm does not offer a non-rider discount. Knott's Berry Farm has a one-price admission as it is a multi-faceted park, not just a ride park. Live entertainment abounds at the park with several fun-filled shows and roving characters and performers.The park also offers a variety of gift shops, restaurants and much more.

As we strive to accommodate all of our guests, designated smoking areas have been established throughout Knott's Berry Farm. Please refer to our park map for specific locations during your visit, or ask any park associate for locations of the designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in any theater, ride or waiting area.

Lockers are available for a nominal rental fee inside the park near Ghost Rider in Ghost Town.

Single strollers, double-seat strollers, manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are available inside Ghost Town next to the Geode Shop. Rentals are on a first-come, first served basis for a minimal daily charge, plus deposit. Electric wheelchairs are not available during Knott's Scary Farm. Quantities are limited so rentals do sell out. A limited amount of electric wheelchairs can be reserved up to 8 weeks in advance. For reservations and questions please contact (714) 220-5495.

Baby-changing and nursing stations are available in the California MarketPlace® and Camp Snoopy

First Aid is available at the First Aid Center in Ghost Town. Nurses are on duty during Park operating hours.

Shopper's Passes (no charge for 45 minutes) are available at Guest Relations with a deposit equal to general admission.

There are six ATMs at Knott's Berry Farm. They are located: outside the Main Entrance near the ticket booths, at Lee's Last Stop Service store near Xcelerator, inside Classic Candy near the Charleston Fountain in the Boardwalk area, at Peppermint Patty's Candy Cabin in Camp Snoopy, inside the General Store in Ghost Town and at Emporium in the California Marketplace.

All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Knott's Berry Farm, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Knott's Berry Farm will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
