Things to Do at Knott's
Fun is always in season at Knott’s Berry Farm! With dozens of rides, shows and attractions in four themed areas, there is something for everyone at Knott’s:
Knott's Berry Farm offers a number of classic, unique and thrilling family-friendly rides perfect for all ages. Travel on a twisting 2,100-foot waterway on the Timber Mountain Log Ride at speeds up to 12 feet per second past elaborate scenes depicting life in the Old West before splashing down a thrilling 42-foot flume propelled by 24,000 gallons of water. Hop on the Calico Mine Ride and head into the depths of Knott's very own gold mine as you watch dozens of miners trying to strike it rich. From stagecoach adventures and merry-go-rounds to bumper cars and the Calico Railroad steam engine, there's so much for you and your family to enjoy together at the park.
Our 10 high-octane scream machines are full of twists, turns and towering plunges. Launch over 200 feet up into the air at over 80 miles per hours in less than three seconds before dropping back to the earth at a 90 degree angle on Xcelerator! Climb aboard GhostRider, to experience the longest, tallest, and fastest wooden roller coaster on the west coast, with over 4,500 feet of smooth new track! Your feet dangle below you on Silver Bullet as the roller coaster train slowly climbs to a height of 146 feet before soaring down an initial drop of 109 feet that leads to six intense inversions.
Camp Snoopy is a child's dream come true with a dozen rides especially build for kids placed throughout an expansive and immersive six acre land that combines the fun and natural beauty of the high sierras with the whimsy and silliness of Snoopy and the Peanuts gang! The recently remodeled land features three brand new ones, a refreshed dining location, and beautiful scenery with interactive fun for families to enjoy together.
Adrenaline junkies will flip - literally and figuratively - over our thrill rides. Supreme Scream, the tallest ride in Orange County, sends brave riders straight UP, to a record-breaking 252 feet in midair, before power-blasting them straight DOWN – in three seconds flat – at gravity-defying speeds topping 50 mph and after experiencing three seconds of total weightlessness! Strap in and hold on as La Revolución swings riders over 6 stories high into the air while tilting them 120 degrees in both directions!
Cool off on Bigfoot Rapids, a thrilling whitewater river raft ride, that will bounce, toss, spin and splash passengers as you travel through brave fast-moving currents and dodge soaring geysers. Splash down a thrilling 42-foot log flume on the Timber Mountain Log Ride.
With stunt shows, comedy, music and more, Knott's offers must-see entertainment for every age group.
There's so much to see and do during your visit to Knott's Berry Farm in addition to the park's world-class rides and shows. There are one-of-kind experiences located throughout Knott's, including Pan For Gold, the Blacksmith Shop, the Old Schoolhouse, Snoopy/Peanuts Gang Meet & Greet, Western Trails Museum and many more.
Sink your teeth into succulent drumsticks and savory boysenberry pie at Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant or devour a burger at Johnny Rockets. You'll also find great park favorites along the midways at our many quick-service locations!
Berry Market preserves are a tradition that began in 1920 when Walter and Cordelia Knott first canned jams, preserves, and syrups with the fresh fruit grown on their family farm. Our jams and preserves are still made right here in California using the same home-style traditions and recipes. Enjoy more fruit, more flavor, with simply delicious Berry Market jams and preserves.
Shopping at Knott's is truly delightful. From fine art and collectibles to Snoopy souvenirs at the largest Snoopy store in the country, Knott's has something for everyone. Stop by the MarketPlace Emporium and visit our year-round Christmas store, check out the geodes and Native American art in Ghost Town, or take in the comforting smell of real leather at our Grand Avenue Mercantile.
Located just outside Knott's Theme Park, the MarketPlace features 15 shops and dining establishments, including the world-famous Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant (where it all began in 1934), Virginia's Gift Shop, and more. The MarketPlace is open to the public; no theme park ticket is necessary to dine or shop here.
In 2012, Knott's Berry Farm launched its first collector-pin trading program. The initial series consists of 31 designs featuring seasonal events, rides, attractions and characters that are uniquely Knott's.
